Tom Angel Studio joins SEDA

We are delighted to announce that Tom Angel Studio has joined the Scottish Ecological Design Association (SEDA), marking an important step in our commitment to sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices.

SEDA has been at the forefront of promoting ecological design principles in Scotland since 1991. As a multidisciplinary organisation, they bring together architects, designers, builders, artists, and other professionals who share a vision for creating a more sustainable built environment. This aligns perfectly with our garden design and horticultural consultancy studio's core values and approach to design.

Membership of SEDA reflects a dedication to creating gardens that not only serve their users but also respect and protect our environment, with ecological planting and consideration at their core. Like SEDA, we believe that good design must consider the full lifecycle of materials, embrace renewable resources, and prioritise energy efficiency while creating healthy, beautiful spaces for people to live and work in.

Through this membership, we look forward to:

- Engaging with a community of like-minded professionals who share our commitment to sustainable design

- Participating in SEDA's knowledge-sharing initiatives and continuing professional development opportunities

- Contributing to the broader conversation about ecological design in Scotland

- Staying at the forefront of sustainable practices and innovative design solutions

As members of SEDA, we strengthen our position as advocates for environmentally responsible garden design while gaining access to valuable resources and expertise that will benefit our clients and projects. This partnership reinforces our commitment to creating outdoor spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also environmentally sound, ecologically informed, and future-proof.

We look forward to collaborating with fellow SEDA members and continuing to push the boundaries of sustainable garden design in Scotland, and using strong ecological principles to inform every stage of our garden design projects.
